  • Deactivate or delete any shortened link that violates these Terms.
  • Suspend or terminate user accounts for any breach of this agreement.
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All software, branding, logos, and domain names associated with Fastyl.ink are the exclusive property of eLocalize for Technology LLC.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the destination URLs you shorten. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to redirect traffic as requested.

7. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Service

  • Disclaimer: Fastyl.ink is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, eLocalize for Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cairo, Egypt.
